Join Our ICORT Team!
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Community Outreach and Recovery Team (ICORT). This is a community-based nursing position providing services to individuals in Clarke, Newton, and Jasper Counties .
The ICORT RN works as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide nursing care, medication support, health education, assessment, monitoring, and coordination of services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. The goal of ICORT is to help individuals remain successfully in their communities while receiving the intensive support and services they need.
This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys working independently, building relationships with clients, and providing care outside of a traditional clinic setting.
Must be licensed RN in good standing with the MS Board of Nursing.
Travel is reimburshed. Experience with mental health services not required, but preferred.
Schedule will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some on-call duties will be required on a rotating basis.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
