About this role

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practice.
  • Partner with patients and families to ensure individualized care reflecting cultural diversity.
  • Coordinate safe care delivery through effective communication, documentation, and teamwork.
  • Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in research and shared governance.
  • Serve as a preceptor or mentor, promoting professional development and a healthy work environment.
  • Adhere to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with safety and quality goals.
