About this role

*Treatment Coordinator*

_Case Acceptance · Financial Presentations · Patient Journey · Helping patients’ Smile Dream come true._

*the opportunity*

We transform smiles, and we can only do it for the patients who say yes. As our Treatment Coordinator, you are the bridge between the clinical dream and the patient's decision. This is a high-trust, high-performance role. You will be presenting full-arch implant cases, cosmetic rehabilitation plans, and complex restorative treatment — and you will be doing it with confidence, empathy, and skill.

You understand that a patient who leaves undecided is a patient we may never get back to help. You do not let that happen out of discomfort with the conversation. You serve people by having the conversation they need, not the one that is easiest.

*what you'll do*

  • Present comprehensive treatment plans — including high-investment cosmetic and implant cases — with clarity, confidence, and compassion
  • Guide patients through financial options including third-party financing, phased treatment solutions
  • Own your case acceptance rate; track it, review it, and take action when it needs improvement
  • Follow up on unsigned treatment plans with a structured, warm, and persistent system — no patient falls through the cracks
  • Conduct and support virtual consultations for remote implant and cosmetic prospects
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure treatment presentations are accurate and aligned with the doctor's recommendations
  • Contribute to end-of-week performance reviews and weekly goal planning
  • *WHAT YOU BRING*
  • *2+ years of dental treatment coordination experience — high-ticket cases preferredNON-NEGOTIABLES*
  • You do not shy away from presenting the full treatment plan — ever
  • You follow up. Consistently. Until you get a clear answer.
  • You are both a salesperson and a patient advocate - both skills result in tremendous help to our patients
  • You hold your numbers and take personal responsibility for your metrics
  • You are coachable, growth-minded, and thrive in a performance-driven culture

_This role is for a closer who also genuinely cares about people. Both things must be true._

*If you have the skills and the heart for this, apply today.*

  • Demonstrated case acceptance results in cosmetic or implant dentistry
  • Experience with CareCredit, Lending Club, or comparable patient financing platforms
  • Comfort presenting plans ranging from a few thousand dollars to $30,000+
