_We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner NP or a Physician Assistant PA to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality care as part of a healthcare team._

Responsibilities:

* _Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses_
* _Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments_
* _Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients_
* _Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures_
* _Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities_
* _Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care_

Qualifications:

* _1-2 years experience in the NP field_
* _Ability to build rapport with patients_
* _Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment_
* _Excellent written and verbal communication skills_
* _Strong leadership qualities_

Pay: $58.00 - $62.00 per hour
