RN Unit Manager

Responsibilities

Provides clinical oversight for the assigned unit. Ensures timely incident reporting and regulatory compliance. Oversees resident care to support strong clinical outcomes. Communicates condition changes to physicians and families. Conducts daily rounds to monitor safety and care standards. Provides clinical support including medication administration when needed.

Qualifications

Valid RN license in the state. Supervisory experience strongly preferred. 2–3 years of long term care nursing required. Strong critical thinking skills and effective problem solving abilities. Ability to excel in a fast paced environment and manage competing priorities.
