About this role
*Job Summary* MOBO Medical Spa LLC has an opening for a professional, personable, friendly RN Injector to work at our home office location in Canal Winchester, OH. You are responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. As such, you will be tasked with setting a welcoming, professional tone, and with establishing a strong rapport and consultative relationship with patients with the goal of developing repeat, loyal clientele. Education is one of our core values so maintaining a high level of aesthetic and wellness knowledge and proficiency in the services we provide is essential to success.

- Performing client consultations include comprehensive treatment plans that encompass the wide range of aesthetic and wellness services offered at MOBO Med Spa.
- Delivering services for botulinum toxin injections, fillers, sculptra, Kybella, administering IM injections, laser treatments, RF microneedling, chemical peels, recommending skincare regimens
- Conducting initial weight loss consultations, coaching and follow-up visits, working with prescribing team to help clients achieve their goals.
- Monitoring and maintaining standards of safety in all treatment areas
- Ensuring client record keeping is current and accurate and in compliance with HIPAA
- Performing patient follow-up as needed
- Educating clients and promoting additional services to clients as appropriate
- Effective reporting and communication with NP team, Practice Manager and Medical Director
- We expect you to establish and support a strong service culture, serving as a role model for other staff, franchisees and on-site personnel.
- Abide by HIPAA and OSHA standards, including completing annual certifications on these topics
- Developing and maintaining positive rapport with all vendors, staff and patients.
- Most important, candidate must be a team player with an eagerness to excel and schedule flexibility.

- Maintain active license as RN in Ohio (preferably on track to become NP in future)
- Prefer 1 year of experience as an aesthetic nurse
- Vision must be 20/20 or corrected 20/20
- Demonstrated manual dexterity (through job experience or other activities)
- Professional, personable and presentable
- Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Customer focused, team oriented with strong people skills
- Able to work up to 40 hours per week, including some Saturdays and evenings for occasional events and trainings. The schedule will be flexible in beginning to allow book of business to fill.
- Willingness to enter into non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreement
*Compensation and Training: *
- Paid training as required for job performance, at the discretion of MOBO Medical Spa LLC.
- Hourly rate commensurate with experience plus performance based bonuses and office-performance bonuses paid monthly (after probationary period).
- Paid time off and employee benefits eligibility for full time employees (over 30 hours per week) after probationary period.
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
