Registered Nurse (RN)

• Partner with physicians, surgeons, perioperative leadership, and Supply Chain to evaluate medical devices, implants, surgical products, and emerging technologies. • Lead product evaluations, clinical trials, and vendor demonstrations to support evidence-based purchasing decisions. • Analyze clinical outcomes, utilization trends, and financial data to identify opportunities for standardization, quality improvement, and cost savings. • Drive multidisciplinary collaboration across clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders. • Support implementation of new technologies, product conversions, inventory optimization, and clinician education. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, patient safety initiatives, and organizational best practices.
