As a CenterWell Home Health nurse, reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care that helps patients regain independence in the comfort of their homes. Working with a dedicated team of physicians and clinicians, you'll manage care plans that support recovery and help patients get back to the life they love. Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting patient assessments.

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Monitor patients' conditions and report changes. Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication, and treatment options.

Maintain accurate records of patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals. Oversee the work of Home Health Aides and monitor their appropriate completion of documentation.

For a nurse, Emory, Piedmont, and Northside rank among the largest employers, so the real choice is rail versus asphalt: MARTA’s Red and Gold lines make Midtown, Atlantic Station, and Chamblee workable; elsewhere a map-short drive can double on I-85 or I-285. Off shift, walk the BeltLine (16.7 of 22 miles paved, Eastside and Westside now linked), Piedmont or Grant Park, or Stone Mountain’s 3,200 acres. Eat Buford Highway, North Highland, Westside Provisions, or Decatur’s square—eight Michelin stars and lemon-pepper-wet wings in one metro. Housing is not cheap: listings near $425,000, in-town condos from the $400,000s, Ellenwood and South Fulton the first-buyer math, rents around $1,540. You will likely own a car. Mild winters and patios from March into December are the pitch; traffic, uneven schools, and pocket-level safety are the tradeoffs. Live next to the hospital, not 40 miles out.
