About this role
Performs routine technical nursing duties and assists with the overall administrative management of the daily operations at center's primary health care clinics and Urgent Care Clinic. Clinic Manager will work under the direction of the physician and the supervision of the Chief of Clinical Services. The nurse will assist in providing services directed toward restoration of health and wellness along with health promotion.
Manager will assure compliance by all programs with the overall rules and regulations under which the Center operates. Manager will strive to assure cooperation between all programs within the Clinic and other Center service sites. Clinic Manager will be responsible for the direct supervision, evaluation, and training of clerical staff and medical assistants to assure that personnel conform to the Center's personnel and operations policies and procedures.
