About this role
The House Supervisor is a Registered Nurse that assumes shift accountability for the clinical and administrative functions of the hospital including patient throughput, nurse staffing, transfer of patients in and out and overall supervision of nursing practice. The House Supervisor also facilitates collaboration across departments and is available as a resource to all staff members working in the hospital for night shift, weekends and holidays. The House Supervisor serves as the nursing and hospital representative and engages self with all other department heads in ensuring high quality patient care and customer service.

Requirements
- Basic Cardiac Life Support
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Associate or Bachelors Degree
- 5 years RN experience in an acute care setting
