About this role

We are looking for a Resident Services Director (LVN Preferred) to join our team! This position will facilitate the successful operation of the Residential Care Department. The Resident Services Director supervises other associates and coordinates Resident Care Programs to comply with state regulations and Company Policy and Procedures.

Requirements

Valid LVN in good standing (Preferred)
2-3 years of supervisory experience
Prior care experience in an assisted living community or skilled nursing facility
Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
Able to speak, read, write and understand the English language fluently
Available weekends and on-call
