RN/LPN Private Duty Nurse – Easton, PA Mornings and Evenings Available Extended Family Care is a leading in-home healthcare service provider serving families throughout the Easton, PA area. We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for a private duty case in Easton, PA. Schedule Weekdays Mornings and Evenings. Responsibilities Our nurses provide direct patient care, evaluate patient and family needs, maintain care plans, and coordinate care with physicians and other caregivers. Essential duties include: • Obtaining patient medical history related to the current condition • Performing physical assessments • Evaluating the patient’s home environment and care needs • Following physician orders and the patient’s plan of care • Monitoring patient condition and reporting changes as needed • Evaluating the effectiveness of the care plan and making recommendations • Consulting and coordinating care with other caregivers • Carrying out other assigned nursing duties Qualifications • Current RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania • Private duty or home care experience preferred • Reliable, compassionate, and professional • Comfortable with the home environment described above Extended Family Care welcomes nurses interested in part-time or full-time opportunities and would like to hear from you.
