Summary

Plans, coordinates, provides, intervenes, and evaluates the care of assigned patients based on the treatment plan, nursing standards, nurse practice act, and individual patient needs. Establishes an individualized plan of care for each patient. Provides direct and indirect patient care.

Education

*Minimum Education and/or: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN)
