Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Williamsport Health & Rehabilitation Center in Williamsport, Maryland, United States. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services to our patients and their families.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed

Assessing patients' conditions and developing individualized care plans to meet their unique needs

Collaborating with healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, and other nurses, to ensure comprehensive care

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans

Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Responsibilities

Provide excellent patient care, advocating for patients' rights and dignity at all times

Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) to work in the state of Maryland

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
