*About the Role*
As a Wound Care NP, you will provide advanced, in-clinic wound care for patients with injuries from surgical procedures, chronic conditions, and acute trauma.
You’ll take ownership of patient care from initial assessment to long-term healing, making a direct and lasting impact on outcomes.

What You’ll Do
*
- Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide advanced wound care treatments and interventions
- Educate patients and families on wound care, prevention, and healing strategies
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes
- Accurately document all care in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and coordinate overall patient care
- Serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare teams

Qualifications

- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Hawaiʻi
- BSN degree required
- Current CPR & BLS certifications
- Wound care certification and/or relevant clinical experience
- Background in inpatient, post-acute, or palliative care (preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
