The Registered Professional Nurse (RN) is in a leadership and educator role, providing both patient care and education to direct reports, including researching, training, guiding, and providing instruction to any direct reports. Assesses the full scope of patient needs using the nursing process on a continuous basis. Provides a safe environment for patients and employees through identifying/correcting/reporting health and safety hazards. Cooperates with distribution of resources to maintain a therapeutic environment. Maintains interpersonal relationships with patients, visitors and co-workers. Accountable for nursing practice through planned and continuous professional growth and development. Uses knowledge and judgement needed to meet the nursing needs of patient. Serves in a leadership role through clinical practice, supervision, teaching and research.

Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of Ohio
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of Ohio
- BLS or CPR required
- At least one year of experience working in the medical field preferred but not required
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent written, oral, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new software, equipment, and tasks
- Documentation skills
