About this role
_*shift diff plus weekend diff friday, saturday & sunday!!!*_
We are in search of an LPN & Registered Nurse to administer medications to our patients at Chapman Healthcare Center. Nurse will also assess and chart findings and report them to the MD. The Nurse will be a team leader and carry out the Interdisciplinary Care Plan, policy and procedures and nursing standards of care.
The Nurse will chart nurses' notes that reflect the care provided to the patient and their responses to care.
The Nurse will communicate with patients, physicians, families and other staff as needed and required.
The Nurse will perform other duties as assigned.

A current Alabama LPN or RN license
Must obtain CPR certification within 30 days of employment
