Position Details
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Shift: Nights
- Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
Starting Wage: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour, based on experience, includes $2.00
- shift differential for NOC shift.
Sign-On Bonus: $6,000 for Full-Time Employees ($3,000 for Part-Time)
Paid in three installments within the first 12 months of employment
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
Assess resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to providers and interdisciplinary team members.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
Supervise and support LPNs, TMAs, and Nursing Assistants.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on dignity, respect, and quality outcomes.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Minnesota.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
