- Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) - required
- Previous home health or community-based nursing experience - preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) - preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes
