Join AdvisaCare as a Registered Nurse Home Health Clinical Manager!

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Home Health Clinical team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this full-time role, you will oversee clinical staff education, training, and supervision to ensure the highest standard of care for our patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the clinical team, providing guidance and support
  • Coordinate and conduct staff education and onboarding programs
  • Monitor clinical visits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
  • Perform regular field visits within the AdvisaCare service area
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused work environment

This role requires a motivated self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills who thrives in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Requirements

  • Current Michigan Registered Nurse License
  • Valid CPR certification and up-to-date TB test
  • Clear criminal background check and drug screening
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
  • Reliable transportation with a valid Michigan Driver's License and auto insurance
  • Previous home health care experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate
