Do you have a passion for caring for others? Pearl Healthcare is looking for a compassionate, energetic and talented Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing resident care and support in all activities of daily living and ensures the health, welfare and safety of all residents.
Responsibilities include completing charge and inventory slips, monitoring supply inventory, cleaning instruments and equipment, maintaining resident stability by checking vital signs and weight, recording intake and output information, providing for resident comfort, answering call lights, reporting observations to nursing supervisor, documenting actions, protecting privacy and dignity, complying with HIPAA guidelines, adhering to professional standards and JCAHO standards, maintaining a safe environment, and clinical management of patient.
