Mobile NP/PA

We are a mobile concierge medicine and wellness company serving a private, high-profile clientele. Our practice emphasizes personalized wellness, longevity, and optimization-focused care, delivered in clients’ homes with telemedicine support as appropriate.

This role is ideal for a provider who values autonomy and delivering a truly elevated, individualized care experience.

*Responsibilities*

• Provide in-home concierge medical and wellness services to private clients
• Conduct comprehensive wellness and lifestyle assessments
• Develop highly customized wellness plans focused on prevention, optimization, and longevity
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary wellness team—including massage therapists, personal trainers, and other providers—to deliver integrated, client-specific care
• Provide education, guidance, and treatment related to peptides and other wellness-based therapies
• Maintain a polished and professional presence in client home settings
• Utilize telemedicine for follow-ups and ongoing care
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

*Qualifications*

• Active NP or PA license in good standing
• Comfortable working independently in a mobile concierge environment
• Experience or strong interest in wellness medicine, longevity, peptides, or concierge care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused demeanor
• Reliable transportation

*Compensation & Schedule*

• 1099 contract position
• Paid $150 per visit / per engagement
• As-needed scheduling with flexible availability
• Opportunity for increased volume as the client base grows
