About this role
Innovative Injury Solutions is seeking an experienced, bilingual Registered Nurse to join our growing team. This full time position will primarily support our Glendale, Deer Valley, and Mesa locations, with occasional travel to Tucson as needed. Responsibilities include conducting pre assessment calls and patient education prior to procedures, performing pre operative assessments and chart reviews, providing PACU recovery care and discharge education, starting and managing IVs, assisting providers during interventional pain procedures, PRP, and Vitipure treatments, monitoring patient safety and comfort, ordering and managing medications and medical supplies, assisting with staffing coordination, maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with providers and staff, and supporting a positive patient experience from scheduling through recovery.
