Minimum Qualifications & Education

Requirements

  • Confidently practice independently under own nursing license, staying within scope, and going above and beyond for clients.
  • Arizona RN license in good standing, unencumbered
  • 3 years of direct patient care experience (must have worked inpatient bedside within the past 12 months; preference given to RN's currently working inpatient)
  • Current AHA BLS and/or ACLS
  • ASN or higher & graduated from an accredited nursing program

Essential Functions

Provide one-on-one high quality, concierge style private nursing care & support to adult patients in their homes or hotel in Phoenix, AZ and surrounding cities Duties include hands on direct registered nursing care with clients, advocating, educating, care coordination, and more Focus is post-surgical, post-hospitalization, aging at home and hospice client populations Provides Nursing care based on the Arizona State Nurse Practice Act, The American Nurses Association Code of Ethics and the Massachusetts Nurse of the Future Contractor position (W9, taxes not withheld, no benefits, shifts not guaranteed) Must be able to complete patient charting on a self-supplied smart phone or tablet Weekday, overnight/NOC, weekend, holiday and day shifts available (all major holiday's = holiday pay) Must commit to monthly shift claiming Shifts range from 1 - 12 hours based on client needs; shifts are autonomously selected.
