About this role

RN/LPN Registered Nurse Licensed Practical Nurse at Champion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Provides nursing care to patients as assigned, administers and records medications and treatments, prepares for and assists Physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments, reinforces health care instructions to patients and their families, participates in planning and implementing nursing care, assists in admission/transfer/discharge of patients, observes and reports vital signs, records patient observations on charts, maintains environmental conditions, and assists with unit management.
