We are seeking a compassionate Full time RN/LPN on a mixed PM/Night shift to join our team. We offer a $5,500 Sign On Bonus to RN's and $4,500 Sign On Bonus to LPN's that are contingent on 64 committed hours worked per pay period.

The RN will provide direct supervision to LPNs, CNAs, and other non-licensed personnel assigned to unit. The RN will comply with all pharmaceutical polices, assess residents and make appropriate intervention, participate in care planning process and ensure that care plan is implemented consistently, comply with standards of professional documentation, communicate and manage the delivery of resident care in a respectful and dignified manner, and works effectively in a team environment while providing the highest quality of care.
The LPN will provide direct supervision to CNAs and other non-licensed personnel assigned to the unit. The LPN will comply with all pharmaceutical policies, observe residents and make appropriate intervention, assist with the development and communication of resident care plans, comply with standards of professional documentation, communicate and manage the delivery of resident care in a dignified and respectful manner.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity the qualified applicant will hold a current RN/LPN license in the State of Wisconsin.
