Requirements
- Valid RN license with current state licensure
- Prior experience in home health nursing preferred
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner
- Familiarity with ICD-10/ICD-9 coding
- Critical care experience including ICU or emergency room background highly desirable
- Knowledge of advanced nursing procedures including catheterization, ostomy care, ventilator management, and sterile processing techniques
- Strong assessment skills with ability to perform physical examinations and interpret laboratory results
- Ability to work independently in patients' homes while maintaining high standards of safety and infection control practices
