What You’ll Do

- Oversee the Assisted Living Department and ensure our residents receive the best care possible.
- Conduct health assessments and create personalized service plans for residents.
- Coordinate healthcare services with providers, families, and team members.
- Lead, support, and mentor a team of compassionate care professionals.
- Maintain staffing guidelines to ensure seamless service and top-tier care.
*What You’ll Bring:*
- 2 years’ experience working in geriatric care.
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field.
- Active nursing credentials are required.
- Previous management experience is required.
- A passion for leadership and making a real impact.
