About Peak Hair Restoration

Peak Hair Restoration is a rapidly growing, physician-led hair transplant and hair restoration practice in Manhattan. We are expanding our clinical team and seeking experienced, licensed healthcare professionals who are passionate about procedural medicine and outstanding patient care.

We welcome applications from

  • Nurse Practitioners (NP)
  • Physician Assistants (PA)

Candidates with direct FUE or hair transplant experience will receive priority consideration.

We are especially interested in professionals who have worked at established hair transplant clinics and understand the complete workflow of a successful hair restoration procedure.

Available Clinical Positions Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking an experienced NP or PA to work alongside our physician and clinical team. The selected candidate will help provide safe, personalized, and physician-led care throughout the patient’s hair restoration journey.

Relevant experience may include

  • FUE hair transplantation
  • Hair restoration medicine
  • Dermatology
  • Plastic surgery
  • Cosmetic medicine
  • Outpatient surgery
  • Procedural medicine
  • Preoperative and postoperative patient care

Responsibilities will be assigned according to New York law, the clinician’s professional license, documented training and competency, applicable practice requirements, and physician supervision or collaboration.

Registered Nurse

We are also seeking an experienced RN to support our clinical and procedural operations.

Responsibilities may include, when legally permitted and within the nurse’s documented training and competency:

  • Preparing patients for hair restoration procedures
  • Reviewing and documenting patient information
  • Recording and monitoring vital signs
  • Preparing procedure rooms, instruments, and supplies
  • Maintaining sterile technique and infection-control standards
  • Providing clinical assistance during procedures
  • Supporting graft-related workflow within the permitted scope
  • Assisting with PRP or other hair restoration treatments
  • Providing preoperative and postoperative nursing care
  • Educating patients using physician-approved protocols
  • Maintaining accurate medical documentation
  • Supporting procedure-room turnover and efficient patient flow
  • Responding appropriately to patient concerns and clinical needs

Hair Transplant Experience Is Highly Preferred

Priority will be given to candidates with hands-on experience involving

  • Manual FUE hair transplantation
  • Sapphire FUE or DHI procedures
  • SmartGraft or NeoGraft systems
  • Donor-area preparation
  • Graft handling, sorting, counting, storage, or implantation support
  • Hair transplant procedure-room workflow
  • Hair restoration consultations and patient education
  • PRP treatments
  • Long outpatient procedures
  • Preoperative and postoperative hair transplant care

If you have worked directly in a hair transplant clinic, please clearly explain the responsibilities you personally performed during procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted New York State NP, PA, or RN license
  • Good standing with the applicable licensing authority
  • Strong knowledge of sterile technique and infection prevention
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong patient-care and communication skills
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable participating in lengthy procedure days
  • Ability to work effectively with physicians and clinical team members
  • Ability to work on-site in Manhattan
  • Current Basic Life Support certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct FUE or hair transplant experience
  • Experience in an established hair restoration practice
  • Dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic medicine, or outpatient procedural experience
  • Experience with PRP and hair restoration treatments
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Professional references from hair restoration employers or physicians

Priority Candidates

Priority consideration will be given to applicants who

  • Have participated in a significant number of FUE procedures
  • Understand the complete hair transplant workflow
  • Can become productive with minimal additional training
  • Have worked with experienced hair transplant physicians
  • Demonstrate excellent procedural judgment and attention to detail
  • Can provide professional references from previous clinics or supervising physicians
  • Are interested in growing with a rapidly expanding Manhattan practice

Compensation

$750-1000 per day

Compensation will be based on

  • Professional license
  • Hair transplant and FUE experience
  • Procedural and surgical experience
  • Assigned responsibilities
  • Schedule and availability
  • Employment or contractor arrangement

Higher compensation may be considered for candidates with substantial direct hair transplant experience.

All clinical responsibilities will be assigned according to the individual’s professional license, documented education, training and competency, applicable New York scope-of-practice requirements, required physician supervision or collaboration, and Peak Hair Restoration’s clinical protocols.
