Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions while administering prescribed medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Respond appropriately to psychiatric emergencies while maintaining patient safety.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and follow all hospital policies and state regulations.
