About this role
Right Candidate Qualifies for a $5,000 BONUS on hire & retention. Beauté Paris is expanding and actively building out core clinical, wellness, and hospitality teams for a refined West Austin practice. Seeking injectors who expect to be paid for being great.
Pay ranges from $45-$65+ per hour plus commission and bonus opportunities. Estimated total compensation $90,000-$225,000+ annualized for full-time providers. Elite provider upside $150,000-$250,000+ annualized for established injectors with proven production, patient retention, or transferable demand.
Schedule is 3-4 days per week for providers building a book; customized schedule may be considered for established providers with documented demand.
