Family Nurse Practitioner Two options for Primary Care Opportunities In Providence, Rhode Island: Nurse Practitioner, Family NP or Adult NP - tto manage their own panel of patients and lead their team including RN and Medical Assistant. Family NP on PCHC's Float Team - no panel management, flexible full or part-time, must be able to see all ages - children thru adults. The Providence Community Health Centers (PCHC) with 8 outpatient primary care clinics in the city of Providence, offers: WORK-LIFE BALANCE: Full-time is 4 clinic weekdays plus remote Admin time. No weekends. COLLABORATION: Each of our primary care clinics has a team of providers including Nurse Practitioners, Family Physicians, Internists, Pediatricians, Ob-Gyns, CNMs, Integrated Behavioral Health Clinicians with access to Clinical Pharmacists. STAFF SUPPORT: Each primary care clinician leads a team including an RN and medical assistant. IN-HOUSE REFERRALS: Our specialty clinics include optometry, podiatry, dental, rheumatology, and asthma-allergy. EMR is Epic with access to Ai scribe and built-in translation for best practice. DIVERSE PATIENTS AND REWARDING WORK: Our clinicians have a heart for community health and the cultural competency to care for a diverse patient population. Qualifications: Nurse Practitioner with 2+ years’ experience as primary care provider.
