Nursing Manager at West Oaks Hospital, a 176-bed acute care psychiatric facility in Houston, TX. - Texas State RN licensure
- for nursing staff are maintained in collaboration with the Nurse Educator. Monitors performance indicators and establishes a corrective action plan. Assists with the development and implementation of policies and standards of care. Assists with the development, revision, and implementation of programs. Participates in committees and task force meetings for quality care improvement. Adheres to the policies and procedures. Adheres to the Service Excellence Standards.
