About this role

The Community RN provides clinical oversight and medical management for individuals served in Community Living residential programs. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized health care plans while ensuring compliance with Missouri DMH standards, physician orders, and nursing best practices. The RN works independently across multiple residential homes to ensure safe, coordinated, and person-centered medical care that supports health, safety, and quality of life.

Requirements

  • RN
  • Missouri RN license
  • Active Missouri RN license required
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
  • CPR/First Aid certification required
  • 2+ years of nursing experience preferred
