Oral Surgery & Dental Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) We are seeking a skilled and team-oriented CRNA to join our growing single operating room Ambulatory Surgery Center specializing in both pediatric and adult oral surgery and dentistry cases. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking for a predictable schedule, strong compensation, and a collaborative surgical environment without nights or weekends. Position Highlights * Single OR ASC averaging approximately 10 surgeries per day * Monday–Thursday schedule with occasional Fridays * No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities * Mix of pediatric and adult oral surgery/dental anesthesia cases * Supportive and efficient surgical team * Stable case volume with consistent scheduling Compensation & Benefits * Base salary: $220,000–$270,000 annually * $30,000 retention bonus * Contingent upon a minimum one-year commitment * Paid in three installments * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and paid holidays * CME allowance * Competitive benefits package Qualifications * Current CRNA certification and licensure * Ability to work independently in an ASC setting * Experience with pediatric anesthesia preferred, but not required * Strong communication and patient care skills * Comfortable managing oral surgery and dental anesthesia cases Why Join Us?
