As a Registered Nurse at The Wave of North Florida, you'll provide compassionate nursing care in a residential substance use detox and treatment setting. You'll assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient safety and outcomes in a low-stress environment. YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY: Performing basic and focused nursing assessments, vital signs, observation, and documentation Administering medications and maintaining accurate documentation Conducting admission assessments and basic nursing exams Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans Participating in treatment team meetings to ensure comprehensive care Ensuring patient safety and responding to emergencies according to policies Contributing to a supportive environment for recovery and healing
