WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time opportunity with a premier surgical facility in Wilmington, DE. This is an excellent opportunity for an OR nurse looking for a consistent weekday schedule and the chance to work alongside a highly skilled surgical team.

Responsibilities

Circulate during surgical procedures and ensure a safe operative environment

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff

Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and supplies for procedures

Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Adhere to infection control, regulatory, and patient safety standards

Qualifications

Active RN License (Delaware or Compact State License)

Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience required

Orthopedic surgical experience strongly preferred

BLS Certification required

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical setting

Schedule

Full-Time

Monday-Friday

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

No weekends
