St. Paul, Minnesota's capital, offers a quieter twin-city alternative to Minneapolis with historic charm and government-driven stability. The Mississippi River frames its downtown, while Summit Avenue's Victorian mansions and Grand Avenue's boutique dining reflect the city's established character — a practical fit for nurses seeking steady career opportunities in a manageable Midwestern metro.
