Job Summary

Grand Islander Center is seeking an experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The LPN will work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver safe, compassionate patient care while following facility policies and established standards of practice.

The schedule will be arranged based on facility needs, with every other weekend required.

Requirements

Active Rhode Island LPN License or eligibility to practice in Rhode Island

Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred

Strong clinical and communication skills

Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team

Flexibility with scheduling based on facility needs

Must be available to work every other weekend

Ability to commit to the full 11-week contract

Required Credentials

Active LPN License

BLS Certification

Long-Term Care/SNF experience preferred
