Registered Nurses in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Kentucky Children's Hospital provide care for critically ill children ranging from newborn to 18 years of age. - Compact RN
- ADN (Associate Degree in Nursing) required
- Active Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) license, Temporary Work Permit (TWP), Provisional License or active compact state RN license in good standing
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification valid for at least 6 months after employment date
- No experience required
- BSN + at least 1 year of RN experience preferred
- Must be able to work three 12-hour (7pm-7:30am) shifts per week
- Some weekends and holidays required
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50-100 pounds on a daily basis
