About this role
*Description:*
*Non-bedside opportunity for an experienced nurse: be the first clinical hire at a healthcare technology startup.*
Curatec AI builds AI-powered workflow and communication systems for skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and assisted living communities. Our enterprise pilots are launching now in the Detroit metro area, and we're hiring a Clinical Success Lead to own our customer relationships — from go-live through long-term adoption.
This is not a direct patient-care role. It's a role for a nurse who wants to use their clinical experience to make technology actually work for frontline caregivers.

*What you'll do*
- Lead on-site go-lives at customer facilities, with heavy presence during launch windows and a structured taper as adoption stabilizes
- Train nurses, CNAs, MDS coordinators, and department heads across all shifts
- Serve as the ongoing point of contact for administrators and Directors of Nursing across a growing portfolio of facilities
- Monitor adoption after go-live and solve problems on the floor before they grow
- Report field feedback directly to our engineering team and Founders — your notes shape the product roadmap
- Build the training materials, checklists, and playbooks we'll use at the next ten facilities
*Required qualifications*
- 5+ years of nursing or clinical operations experience (RN or LPN) in any care setting — hospital, skilled nursing, assisted living, or home health
- Firsthand understanding of frontline clinical workflows: shift handoff, medication administration, care planning, documentation
- Experience rolling out new technology, processes, or initiatives to frontline clinical staff
- Availability to work on-site across day, evening, and occasional overnight shifts during go-live periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Based in or near the Detroit metro area with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
*Preferred qualifications*
- Active or previous RN, LPN, or NHA license
- EHR / EMR

*Pay and benefits*
- $85,000–$105,000 per year, based on experience and licensure
- Early-employee equity

Detroit's cost of living sits about 0.3% above the national average (index 100.3), so your RN salary stretches like a local's. Worth asking
The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.

- What should I expect for weekly hours, weekend, holiday, call, and rotation?
- What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
- How are patient load, floating, and staffing support handled day to day?
