Role Overview: As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to ensure the best patient outcomes while maintaining a supportive and compassionate environment. Working on-site in Kaufman, Texas, you'll have the flexibility of a schedule that respects your work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct skilled nursing visits to assess patient needs and implement care plans. • Administer medications and provide wound care as necessary. • Perform patient assessments and maintain accurate documentation. • Educate patients and their families about care plans and health management. • Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams for comprehensive patient care. Qualifications: You're a great fit if you have the following skills. • Current Texas RN license. • Current CPR certification. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English. • Commitment to high-quality patient care and compassion. Bonus If You: • Have experience in home health or skilled nursing environments. • Possess additional certifications in specialty nursing fields. Employment Type & Availability: This position is Full-Time, available Monday through Friday. Location: This position is onsite in Kaufman, Texas.
