Overview
As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to ensure the best patient outcomes while maintaining a supportive and compassionate environment. Working on-site in Kaufman, Texas, you'll have the flexibility of a schedule that respects your work-life balance.

Responsibilities
- Conduct skilled nursing visits to assess patient needs and implement care plans.
- Administer medications and provide wound care as necessary.
- Perform patient assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about care plans and health management.
- Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams for comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
