Navigator RN - Shared Infusion 0.01 FTE

Primary goals of this position are to: 1) enable patients with information and education thus reducing a portion of the stress involved in a cancer diagnosis, 2) empower the patient to participate in their personal care process, 3) improve understanding of their decisions and treatment plans; and 4) complete the treatment though the point of survivorship planning (when applicable). Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. - Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License - Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association - Within 18 months of hire: Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) - 3 years Oncology experience. Preferred
