We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse, RN to join a respected Long Term Care facility in Mandan, ND .

As a Registered Nurse, RN , you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to residents. You will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor resident health, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the well-being, safety, and comfort of residents on a daily basis.

Compensation for Registered Nurse, RN

  • Pay Starting At: $102,960/year equivalent
  • Weekly Pay – Paid Via Direct Deposit every Friday morning while on assignment!

Schedule

  • 12-Hour Day Shifts Available
  • 12-Hour Night Shifts Available
  • 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
  • 13 Week Assignment with possibility of multiple extensions

Requirements for Registered Nurse, RN

  • Active North Dakota RN License or Compact RN License
  • Minimum of one (1) year of Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation experience preferred
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care

  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents.
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, treatments, and wound care according to physician orders and facility protocols.
  • Monitor resident conditions, identify changes in health status, and communicate findings promptly with physicians and the healthcare team.
  • Supervise and provide clinical guidance to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
  • Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting safety, dignity, and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.
