Full-time | Night Shift

Sign-on bonus: Available Assess patients’ physical and emotional needs and deliver timely interventions that support recovery and positive health outcomes. Develop and manage individualized care plans, closely tracking patient progress and adjusting care as conditions change. Coordinate care across physicians and the broader care team to ensure patients receive seamless, well-organized treatment.

Communicate patient updates and carry out treatment plans to keep care accurate, timely, and aligned with provider guidance. Prepare patients and families for discharge, providing education and coordinating next steps to support a safe transition home or to the next level of care. Licensure / Certification / Registration Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Compact State Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. One or more of the following: Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Instructor specializing in Advanced Cardio Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
