Ridgewood Manor, a Medicare & Medicaid certified skilled nursing center, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Maumee, Ohio. As a valued member of our healthcare family, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to our patients, with a focus on rehabilitation therapy and long-term skilled nursing care. Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

Coordinate and communicate with family members, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
