Job Description
The Clinical Documentation Specialist, Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for quality review of all OASIS admission documents and Plan of Care to ensure CMS program compliance is met. The Clinical Documentation Specialist, RN works closely with the Manager of Performance and Home Health leadership to promote regulatory compliance and excellent patient outcomes and reimbursement. The Clinical Documentation Specialist, RN serves as a role model, consultant, auditor and Oasis expert to Home Health staff across the region.

Required
Qualifications
- Education sufficient for licensure.
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
- License in states wherever care is delivered
- 2 years Nursing experience in Home Health/Palliative Care.
- Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system (Required: Homecare Homebase, preferred EPIC)

- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- OASIS certification
