Overview

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nursing! In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, ensuring the safety, comfort, and recovery of our diverse patient population. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between intensive care and general medical-surgical units, providing specialized monitoring and interventions for patients with complex conditions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your critical thinking, clinical skills, and compassionate approach to make a meaningful difference every day.

Duties

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to determine immediate needs and ongoing care plans.
Administer medications and treatments with precision, including IV infusions, injections, and medication management aligned with hospital protocols and HIPAA regulations.
Monitor patients using telemetry systems and advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and dialysis machines to detect changes in condition promptly.
