Schedule
100% FTE, 8-hour day shift between the clinic hours of 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday. No weekends or holidays. Hybrid position with opportunity after 6 to 8 months to work from home at times. Seeking a Triage Registered Nurse (RN) in Ambulatory Urology to provide evidence based, high quality nursing care for adult urology patients via telephone and MyChart, determine patient care needs by use of the Nursing Process, work as part of a multidisciplinary team, provide education and guidance to patients and families, and establish goals and strategies for meeting care coordination needs across settings.
