Assignment Overview Shift: Days, 5x8hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: Oct 12, 2026 Length: 6 weeks Openings: 3 American Traveler is hiring an experienced Home Health LPN with required HCHB PointCare experience to support an EMR transition and serve as a preceptor for traveling and staff clinicians.

Details Home health setting supporting a transition to the HCHB PointCare charting system Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (8:00 AM-4:30 PM), Monday through Friday Six-week contract structured as three weeks of HCHB PointCare training followed by three weeks of on-site go-live support Clinicians will act as preceptors, providing real-time guidance to current travelers and staff during go-live Minimal bedside care expected, limited to potential ride-along support during implementation Requirements License required if applicable; Oregon license pending is acceptable Minimum of one year of Home Health experience required HCHB PointCare experience required Must be tech savvy, reliable, personable, and comfortable supporting and training others Additional Information No RTO will be accepted for this short-term contract Training schedule includes in-person sessions Tuesday through Thursday and virtual sessions Monday and Friday during the initial three weeks Great opportunity to gain experience with HCHB, precepting, EMR implementation, and AI-supported tools Role involves supporting current travelers and Compassus staff through a major systems transition
